Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within [1-2 business days based on availablity]

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday via USPS. We offer Priority Overnight shipping as well as Priority Mail (arrives within 2-3 business days). We ship worldwide!

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has shipped we will email you a tracking number which you may use to track your order and see estimated arrival date.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Ohana Moments is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Ohana Moments is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
